EDITORIAL.
Age requirement
Global Risqué is an adult editorial publication. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase it. You may not purchase the publication for delivery to, transfer to or use by a person under 18.
Site use
You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful material, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that burdens its systems or use its content to violate another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
The Global Risqué name, site design, text, graphics and published editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as permitted by law, no material may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or commercially exploited without written permission from the applicable rights holder.
Pitches and casting inquiries
Submitting a pitch or casting inquiry does not guarantee a response, engagement, acquisition or publication. A pitch does not transfer copyright or grant publication rights. Any assignment, license, model release, compensation or production arrangement requires a separate written agreement.
Preorder deposit
The preorder deposit is $35 per copy. The total price is $69 per copy, excluding shipping and any applicable tax. Before printing, we will email you a print confirmation. You will have seven calendar days from that email to request a refund or pay the remaining balance of $34 per copy plus shipping and any applicable tax. If you do neither, we will refund the deposit.
Refunds
The deposit is refundable until the deadline stated in the print-confirmation email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the refunded funds become available.
Shipping
Orders ship in plain, opaque packaging. The purchaser is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Certification
By completing checkout, you certify that you are at least 18 years old, that the order is not being purchased for delivery or transfer to a minor, and that the information supplied with the order is accurate.
Third-party services
Payment processing and certain communications are provided by independent service providers, including Stripe and Resend. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Global Risqué is not responsible for a third-party service outside its reasonable control.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Global Risqué does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may revise these terms as the site and business change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
